Germany, Berlin: African Energy Forum
The 14th AEF (Africa Energy Forum) took place at the Estrel Convention Centre, Berlin, from 26 to 28 June 2012 in BERLIN, GERMANY. The Africa Energy Forum is the estab-lished meeting place for the African power sector. All the players in the industry are in the same place at the same time. As the International Finance Corporation noted in 2011 “AEF is the biggest and most interesting conference on African energy in the world.”

Digital Color Bar was involved with the industrial design, planning and project manage-ment of a fully recycled stand, for the conference, light weight for courier, easy to set up and 45min to pack up and send home stored at our warehouse ready for the next big project. While we were on site we arranged the technical, flooring, furniture hire and cocktail evening, a huge success for the client, the stand stood out from the rest and carried the right message for this type of conference.

Stand was constructed with Xboard manufactured from recycled material. Xboard can be recycled is repulpable, designed and manufactured in South Africa to perform above cur-rent industry standards relating to strength, fire and water. A material outperforming any other.
